Returning Students to Atkinson

Students who were not registered for the Fall/Winter session and who wish to return to their studies must submit a completed Reactivation Form to the Registrar’s Office prior to the deadline.

Students who wish to change their major or degree upon return should also submit an approved Change of Major or Change of Degree request with their request for Reactivation. The Registrar’s Office will acknowledge by mail the reactivation of a student’s file. For your convenience we have provided a “Quick Link” to the Registrar’s Office Forms.

Students who have received confirmation of reactivation from the Registrar's Office are required to arrange an advising appointment with the Office of Student and Academic Services (OSAS), Room 123 Atkinson building. Students will not be able to enrol in courses until they have made arrangements for advising.

Students are asked to please bring their academic records to the advising appointment (i.e. previous study plan checklists, advanced standing statements, and transcripts). At the advising appointment students will be provided with information regarding program updates, new legislation and policies, and enrolment information. An Advisor will assist with course selection and academic planning. Materials including the Lecture Schedule, Calendar and an updated study plan will be provided at the appointment. Following the advising appointment students will receive access to enrol in courses. To assist with academic planning we recommend students view the information provided on our “Quick Links.”

Fridays 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (office closes at 3:30 p.m. during June, July and August)
