  • Master of Human Resources Mangement (MHRM)
    The executive-style master's degree is designed to provide HRM specialists with the skills and credentials needed to assume senior-level HRM positions.

    Offered on a full-time or part-time basis, the program is ideal for busy professionals coming from a wide variety of backgrounds. Students explore issues such as organizational change, training and development, the measurement and evaluation of HR, strategic compensation and workplace citizenship.

  • PhD in Human Resources Management (PhD HRM)
    York's PhD in HRM will prepare graduates for faculty positions and senior-level jobs in the private and public sectors. Students will acquire sophisticated skills in academic research and scholarship.

    The PhD HRM program combines formal coursework with assistantships, independent research, teaching assignments, examinations and a dissertation.
