BARRY TENHOUSE/A.F.A.A. BOOK PRIZE NOMINATION FORM

The Atkinson Faculty Alumni Association, in conjunction with the York University Bookstore, is inviting students, staff and alumni to submit nominations for The Barry Tenhouse/Atkinson Faculty Alumni Association Book Prize.  The prize consists of a $500.00 York University Bookstore gift certificate awarded at the Annual Awards Reception to the student, staff, or alumni member of the Atkinson Community who is felt to best exemplify the values expressed in the Constitution of the Atkinson Faculty Alumni Association (as determined by a careful review of the nomination forms).  All members of the Atkinson Community are encouraged to complete and return a nomination form.

If you feel that a particular student, staff, or alumni member of the Atkinson Community deserves recognition for contributions to our community which exemplify these values, please print and complete the nomination form and mail or return it to:
