Registration Forms

You can register via online, fax, mail or in-person

To register for one of our courses or programs, follow these simple instructions:

Step 1: Please review the admission requirements for the Program to ensure that you are eligible. If you have any questions please access this help e-mail (link to DCE).

Step 2: Print and complete all sections of the Registration Form. Click here to download a copy.

Step 3: Please read the instructions carefully and review your form before you remit it to DCE. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate.

Step 4: Register

Online
Visit our web-site at www.atkinson.yorku.ca/dce/ and you can register into any course or program offered by the Division of Continuing Education.

Continuing students may enter their username and password to enter the course registration system and new students may create their own personal file, which will issue the student a username and password, which will allow them access to our online registration system. Simply choose your course/or program, click register, and enter your method of payment. If you enter your Visa or MasterCard payment, information you will know within seconds that your payment has been authorized and your place in the course/program has been secured. Any other methods of payments will only secure your place if the Division of Continuing Education receives your payment within the allotted time.

By Fax
For credit card payments only.

  • Complete all sections of the registration form, including credit card information

  • Fax the Form to our Office (416-650-8042) with program specific documentation (e.g. proof of degree, etc.)

By Mail
For credit card, cheque or money order payments. (we regret that we do not accept cash payments).

  • Mail the Form, your payment and program specific documentation (e.g. proof of degree, etc.) to:
