Serban Dinca-Panaitescu  (Ph.D., Politehnica University of Bucharest, 2001) has a multidisciplinary education with a professional informatics background.

Dr. Dinca-Panaitescu conducts research  in medical informatics with emphasis on computer processing of physiological signals. The major research contributions were in preventive cardiology field, developing software aiming at detecting the cardiovascular dysfunction in the sub-clinical phase.
